Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

One of my hands down absolute favorite kitchen appliances to use is my slow cooker!

Why?

Simple answer is because I can throw in my ingredients, then forget about it until supper time. And when you have a tendency to be lazy, like I am, or you just aren't in the mood to cook dinner by the time that time rolls around, your problem is solved and your dinner is ready!

If you don't have one.. God bless you, please simplify your life and go buy one. Right now. :)))

Ingredients: (please note that these are all by taste)
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Parsley Flakes
Weber Steak 'N Chop Seasoning

Additional Recipe Notes:
For the gravy I used 1/4 Cup Water and leftover gravy, I recommend using these for yours:
1/2 Can Campbell's French Onion Soup
1 Can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

Place frozen pork chops into your slow cooker, yes frozen. You can also use thawed pork chops as well. I am just super lazy. :)))

Season pork chops, to taste.

Add soups. As previously noted, I used leftover gravy, and needed to add water to mine since it was so thick. Feel free to add water to yours as well, though it may not be necessary.

Cook on High for 4 hours, or if you will be preparing this early enough in the day, cook on Low for 6 hours!

I will be serving this with steamed broccoli and carrots.

If you have any question or comments, please feel free to leave them in the comments section blow this post, enjoy!
